Remit
To review, scrutinise and
provide formal consultation responses in relation to the Durham
Darlington and Teesside Hambleton Richmondshire and Whitby
sustainability and transformation plan and any associated proposals
for substantial development and variation to health services
associated with the transformation plan under powers for local
authorities to scrutinise the NHS outlined in the NHS Act 2006, as
amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2012, and related
regulations.
