There were no interests declared.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 6 April 2022 were confirmed as a true record.

To consider passing a resolution excluding the press and public from the meeting on the grounds that the following items contains exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

RESOLVED that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Sub-Committee received a report setting out details of a complaint received about the alleged conduct of the Cleveland Police and Crime Commissioner which now required further consideration by the Sub-Committee as part of the informal resolution procedure.

The committee considered the matter and determined the course of action required.

RESOLVED that the decision notice be issued to the Commissioner and the complainant accordingly.
