Minutes: RESOLVED that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds that the following items contain exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

RESOLVED that having taken all the facts into consideration and the Council’s guidelines, DR be granted a Private Hire and Hackney Carriage Driver Licence however, he was given a strict warning regarding his future behaviour.
