RESOLVED that

1.    The final revenue and capital outturn position for 2023/24 and the factors driving the position be noted;

2.    The outturn position for Treasury Management prudential indicators as

set out in Appendix 4 (not reproduced) be approved;

3.    The itemised revenue virements as set out in Appendix 5 (not reproduced) be approved;

4.    The reprofiling of capital budgets as included in Appendix 3 (not reproduced) into 2024/25 be approved; and,

5.    The further work being undertaken to try to address and mitigate the

financial pressures facing the council be noted.

To consider passing a resolution excluding the press and public from the meeting on the grounds that the following item contains exempt information as defined in Paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

RESOLVED that the press and public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds that the following item contains exempt information as defined in Paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
